Orographic static data needed in the gravity wave drag physics are recomputed and validated through comparing with the original static data from the ECMWF model.

The main results are: (1) the model can be used to diagnose the orographic dynamic effects on the surface winds and has economic computation cost and quite good ability of simulation;
