The record of Shang Qu and Liang Zhan once "divorcing their wives" show that not only in Han Dynasty but also in Pre-Qin period existed the phenomenon of "divorcing a wife because of no son".
《家语》中对梁鳣和商瞿“出妻”的记载表明，不仅两汉时期存在大量“无子出妻”的情形，在先秦时期也不鲜见。
