First, I should say a few words about who I am and what on earth Im doing up here.

I have to exercise early in the morning before my brain figures out what Im doing.

Maybe another hour doing errands, paying bills, going to the grocery store, or whatever else needs to be done. Another 2 hours doing communication: email, IM, phones, etc.
我一天大约睡6小时，大概花2小时吃饭，用2小时打扮和开车，再拿3小时照顾孩子们、做饭和打扫卫生，还有5小时做常规工作以及打理博客，可能还有1小时花在跑腿上，付账单，去杂货店，或者其他需要做的事情，另外2小时用来交流：电子邮件、IM，电话，等等。

Im not so eloquent and a little shy in public, perhaps thats my weak point. But I am careful and patient in doing things.
