Objective To discuses the diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis of acute fulminating pyelonephritis infective shock (AEPIS) caused by upper urinary tract obstruction.

RESULTS: in rescue the fulminating critical patients with dysfunction of microcirculation, anisodamine showed excellently selective and specific therapeutic action and rarely induced side effects.
结果：山莨菪碱在抢救微循环功能障碍所致爆发性危重疾病中有优异选择性和特殊治疗作用，且毒副作用小。
