Methods 48 patients with faciocervical scars treated by one-way skin expander in our department from 2000 to 2004 were reviewed retrospectively.
方法：回顾性分析我科2000年至2004年用定向扩张器治疗48例面颈部瘢痕患者。
Conclusions:( 1) Using the design method of block shielding faciocervical portals at isocentre, the individual portals can be designed according to the malignant invading ranges.
结论：（1）等中心面颈联合野设野原则可根据鼻咽癌侵犯的范围做个体化放疗设计。
