The effect of the time delay to the result of the dynamic optimization for chemical process system with uncertainty parameters is considered in this paper.
对含不确定参数的化工系统的动态过程进行优化，若未考虑滞后环节对动态优化结果的影响，不能保证系统实际操作的优化及安全运行。
