I say that 99% of diet program out there tell you that when dieting, you should restrict all your favorite foods or to only enjoy them once or twice a week.

But it's difficult not to feel fond of the first book you write. Books are like babies: they bring their own love with them.

First, use a pencil or word processor (I prefer the latter because it’s faster) to type, in complete sentences, any fact you think might appear on the test.
