Open animation window. For the first frame hide all the layers except the most dark one. Select the circle layer and reduce the opacity to 10%.

Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the Settings shown.

Duplicate these four frames and in layer window hide the closed eye layer and unhide the open eye layer.

Rasterize the text layer in the Layers palette and double click on the text layer to open the layer styles window.

Next, we will add a couple of layer styles. Open up the layer styles dialog window by clicking on the layer's thumbnail in the Layers Panel.
