In the American presidential system, whoever wins the most popular votes in a state usually gets all the electoral votes of that state.

All right, so this is the heat flowing in or out of the system, and these are all functions of state.

So the system will not be described by a single state variable during the path.

Voters in Washington State approved a system like this in two thousand four.

We're going to find other properties that do care about the history of the system like work, that you put in the system, or heat that you put in the system, or some other variables But you can't use those to define the equilibrium state.

So,one year of kerosene would pay for a solid-state lighting system."

So the point is, once you're at equilibrium none of the other states they're accessible, the system could rearrange itself to form them, but there is no accessible state that has higher entropy than the equilibrium state.

There was no state-to-state highway system.

So we'd really like to be able to find some sort of equation of state, or some sort of rather function of state that's going to relate the heat going in or out of the system with that function of state, because this isn't going to do it.

Thailand's National Health Commission reports that scores of medical specialists have moved from the state system to private health care.

The system was produced by the state-owned Rafael Arms Development Authority and is partially financed by the United States.

He adds that, unfortunately, post-Soviet countries, including Russia and Ukraine, have also preserved the Soviet system in which historians are funded by the state, rather than private foundations.

Germany's state-regulated, public universal health care system dates back to the late 1800s.

"The draft resolution is nothing more than a document of political conspiracy of hostile forces, to put the veil of a unanimous message of the international community on the U.S.-led human rights campaign against the DPRK in a bid to deny and obliterate the state and social system of the Democratic Peoples' Republic of Korea,"
