OBJECTIVE: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and ADRs of Yaotuitong pills (YTT).
目的：评价腰腿痛丸的临床疗效和不良反应。
RESULTS: YTT group was comparable with control group in general conditions. The effective rates of both groups were 100% without ADRs.
结果：随机对照的两组患者一般情况可比，两组有效率均为100％，均未发现不良反应；
CONCLUSION: YTT is safe and effective in treatment of various osteoarthropathy, lumbar degeneration, lumbar muscle strain and sciatica.
结论：腰腿痛丸用于治疗各种骨关节炎、各种腰椎退行性变以及腰肌劳损、坐骨神经痛等疾病是安全和有效的。
