The combined company was also weak in W-CDMA, the dominant 3G technology, and relied too much on CDMA, a rival standard that is less popular.
This arrangement would enable the cumulative royalty rate for W-CDMA to be set at a modest single digit level.
The dynamic sequential allocation algorithm is presented according to the feature of W-CDMA OVSF code and code blocking in the stochastic allocation. The algorithm flow is specified.
