PURPOSE: To report the clinical course of early transient reduction of uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) after LASIK surgery resulting from steroid-induced elevation of intraocular pressure (IOP).
目的:报告由于激素引起的眼内压升高导致LASIK术术后裸眼视力一过性视力下降的临床过程。
The team recorded a decrease in mean K, SE and RMS error, whilst lines were gained in UCVA and BSCVA, and pachymetry increased with no endothelial cell loss being observed in either group (Table 1).
