On some fights double tide was good, especial at lower gear levels but as for Sinestra the fight just isn't made such that tide was needed so thats why no resto shamans.
在一些战斗中双潮汐很很，特别是在装备等级不高的时候，但是对于Sinestra战而言潮汐并不能么需要所以自然就不需要恢复萨满了。
