Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the benefits of the submental artery island flap in the reparation of oral defects after cancer surgery.
摘要目的：探讨颏下动脉岛状瓣修复口腔癌术后缺损的可行性。
On the basis of the position, the defect unclosed directly, we projected below many vicinity skin flaps: "V-Y" slipping flap 12 cases; Submental island skin flap 3 cases;
后遗缺损经局部松解不能直接闭合，根据部位，缺损大小设计以下邻近皮瓣或岛状皮瓣修复：V—Y滑行瓣12：颏下岛状皮瓣3块；
Results The submental island flap survived in 8 cases.
结果术后8例颏下岛状瓣成活。
The flap pedicle included submental artery in 8 cases and both submental artery and facial artery in 1 case.
