Objective To explore clinical application of screwing-type bone nail with self-lock treated fracture of shaft of tibia.

Methods Retrospectively analyze the effect for 55 cases fracture of shaft of tibia treated with screwing-type bone nail with self-lock.
方法回顾性分析了55例胫骨干骨折患者采用旋入式自锁髓内针内固定法治疗的疗效。
Conclusion The operation with screwing-type bone nail with self-lock was simple, less time, little trauma, little bleeding, little complication and safe.
结论旋入式自锁髓内针较其它内固定材料操作简单，手术时间短，创伤小，出血少，并发症少且疗效可靠。
