Objective: To evaluate the clinical curative effect of combined operation with PPH for hemorrhoid disease.
目的：评价PPH合并手术治疗痔病的临床疗效。
Results:This study showed that the operating time and hospital stay after operation in PPH group were shorter than those in control group;
结果：PPH组手术时间及术后住院时间均较对照组明显降低。
Results Postoperative pain was slight, and hospitalization days shorter, 16 cases with PPH were no hemorrhoidal prolapsed, one cases was bleeding after operation.
结果术后患者疼痛轻微，住院时间明显缩短。16例患者痔块完全回缩，1例术后出血。
