Objective:To evaluate the maxillary expansion effects of posterior crossbite patients treated with elastic wrapping bite guard and screw expansion mechanic in the mixed dentition.
目的：探讨弹性包绕式垫加螺旋扩弓器矫治替牙期后牙反的适用性及治疗前后的牙颌结构变化。
Objective:To study character mandibular movement tracings during mandibular protrusion in patients with unilateral posterior crossbite and compare the difference with normal occlusion.
目的：探讨单侧后牙反牙合髁突前伸运动轨迹的特征并比较与正常牙合之间的差异。
Results (1)Dental arch transverse discrepancy was seen in 60.4% , bilateral posterior crossbite in 33.3% , and unilateral posterior crossbite in 16.7% of patients with UCLP, respectively .
结果（1）单侧完全性唇腭裂术后患者中出现上下颌牙弓宽度不调的比率为6 0 .4 % ，双侧后牙反为33.3% ，单侧后牙反为16 .7%。
Conclusion: treatment of anterior crossbite with fixed appliance and blocking up posterior teeth has excellence of short treatment time and do not need patient's cooperation.
结论：采用固定矫治器结合后牙垫高矫治反牙合具有矫治时间短，不依赖患者主动配合的优点。
Conclusion All the four methods used in this study to treat posterior teeth crossbite were effective and could control the height of the posterior teeth.
