Objective: The effect of pingyangmycin(PYM) in treatment of venous-venular malformation(mixed hemangioma) of the children was evaluated.
目的：总结平阳霉素（PYM）瘤内注射治疗患儿静脉-微静脉畸形（混合型血管瘤）的疗效。
Results Followed up by more than 1 year, the cure rate was 74.4% in Pingyangmycin (PYM), and was 80% in plastic operation, the best than other methods.
结果经1年以上随访，平阳霉素治疗治愈率为74.4%，整形手术治愈率为80%，为各方法中最高。
