RESULTS: Before treatment, there were significant differences in the BMD of L2-4 and femoral neck, osteocalcin, TPINP and VAS scores between 2 groups (P>0.05).
结果：治疗前，两组患者L2～4和股骨颈的BMD、骨钙素、TPINP、VAS评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。
The osteopenia incidence rate of lumbar vertebrae of each age grade is obviously higher than that of femoral neck (P < 0. 05 ). The incidence of the osteopenia increased with age increasing.
各年龄组腰椎低骨量发生率显著高于股骨颈（P〈0．05），两部位低骨量发生率均随年龄增加而逐渐增加。
Result Compared with FAC, BMCs in neck and distal 1/3 diaphysis of femur were significantly decreased in TSG( P< 0.05).
