Objective:To summarize the therapeutic experience of 86 cases with severe open brain injury.
目的：分析重型开放性颅脑损伤救治经验。
Methods: 86 cases of severe open brain injury with score 3~8 on GCS who were admitted to our department were analyzed respectively.
方法：对86例重型开放性颅脑损伤病人进行回顾性总结。
Conclusions Sea water may delay and abate the brain tissue degradation at the early stage of open blast injury owing to the effect of its higher osmotic pressure.
结论海水对于爆震伤早期后脑组织的变性具有延缓和减轻作用，这可能与海水的高渗因素相关。
