O thou that art named the house of Jacob, is the spirit of the LORD straitened?
雅各家阿，岂可说耶和华的心不忍耐吗(或作心肠狭窄吗)。
O thou that dwellest upon many waters, abundant in treasures, thine end is come, and the measure of thy covetousness.
第13段 住在众水之上多有财宝的阿，你的结局到了。你贪婪之量满了。

But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, o Jacob, and he that formed thee, o Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.
雅各阿，创造你的耶和华，以色列阿，造成你的那位，现在如此说，你不要害怕，因为我救赎了你。我曾题你的名召你，你是属我的。
Thus saith the LORD that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.
造作你，又从你出胎造就你，并要帮助你的耶和华如此说，我的仆人雅各，我所拣选的耶书仑哪，不要害怕。
O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me.
公义的父阿，世人未曾认识你，我却认识你。这些人也知道你差了我来。
But thou, o LORD, be merciful unto me, and raise me up, that I may requite them.
耶和华阿，求你怜恤我，使我起来，好报复他们。
For thou, o God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given me the heritage of those that fear thy name.
神阿，你原是听了我所许的愿。你将产业赐给敬畏你名的人。
Thou art my portion, O LORD: I have said that I would keep thy words.

O that thou wouldest hide me in the grave, that thou wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me!
惟愿你把我藏在阴间，存于隐密处，等你的忿怒过去。愿你为我定了日期，记念我。

And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them who do such things, and dost the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
人啊！你判断作这样事的人，你自己却作同样的事，你以为你能逃脱天主的审判吗？
Is this the return thou makest to the Lord, O foolish and senseless people? Is not he thy father, that hath possessed thee, and made thee, and created thee?
愚昧无知的人民，你们就这样报答上主吗？他不是生育你，创造你，使你生存的大父吗？
