Objective To improve mediastinal giant lymph node hyperplasia, discuss the understanding level on mediastinal giant lymph node hyperplasia of imaging manifestations and diagnostic value.

Methods:The imaging materials of 43 patients of mediastinal lymphadenectasis proved by operation, cervical lymph node biopsy and clinical treatment were analyzed.
方法：对4 3例经手术、颈部淋巴结活检和临床治疗证实纵隔淋巴结肿大作了影像学分析。
