Objective To observe the clinic result in reconstruction of massive lower lip defect using lateral upper lip tissue flap.
目的：探求上唇外侧组织瓣在修复较大面积下唇缺损中的作用。
The results are as follow: 1. In the unilateral complete cleft lip, superior labial artery runs along the labial margin and cleft edge, ending in base of nasal wing on the lateral side.
发现唇裂者的上唇动脉沿唇红缘和裂缘走行，终止于鼻翼基部（患侧）和鼻小柱基部（健侧）。
