Objective: To observe the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis after probing lacrimal passages and infusing antibiotic oculentum.

Methods KTP laser was applied in 162 cases (180 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis. After dredging lacrimal passages, all patients were followed up for 24 ~ 36 months.
方法本组慢性泪囊炎162例180眼，采用国产KTP泪道激光治疗机激光疏通，术后随访24 ~36个月。
