Objective: to explore the clinical application and concrete operation methods in trans-tube sinus tract lithotomy by fiber choledochoscope.

Methods: 270 cases of patient treated with trans-tube sinus tract lithotomy by fiber choledochoscope were analyzed by retrospective analysis.
方法：对270例应用纤维胆道镜经T形管窦道取石患者的治疗过程进行回顾性分析。
Conclusion Laparoscope and fiber choledochoscope used in combination for removing gallbladder stones is feasible, with advantages of safety, minimally invasion and definitive effectiveness.
结论联合应用腹腔镜和纤维胆道镜取出结石保留胆囊是可行的，具有安全、创伤小和效果可靠等优点。
