Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying.
假冒为善的人哪，以赛亚指着你们说的预言，是不错的。
These things said Esaias, when he saw his glory, and spake of him.
以赛亚因为看见他的荣耀，就指着他说这话。
He said, I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness, Make straight the way of the Lord, as said the prophet Esaias.
他说，我就是那在旷野有人声喊着说，修直主的道路，正如以赛亚所说的。
That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.
这是要应验先知以赛亚的话，说，他代替我们的软弱，担当我们的疾病。
And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha.
又如以赛亚先前说过，若不是万军之主给我们存留馀种，我们早已像所多玛，蛾摩拉的样子了。

That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? And to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?
这是要应验先知以赛亚的话说，主阿，我们所传的，有谁信呢。
And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive.
