Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and tolerability of 0 75% ropivacaine(8~10ml) versus 1% lidocaine plus 0 2% dicaine in epidural anesthesia cesarean section.

Methods 115 cases(211 eyes) under-went glaucoma surgeries under surface anesthesia with 0.5% Alcaine or 0.5% Dicaine eye drops combined with subconjunctival anesthesia with 2% Lidocaine.
方法115例（2 11眼）青光眼手术患者用0 .5 %爱尔卡因或0 .5 %地卡因表面麻醉，术中用2 %利多卡因球结膜下浸润麻醉。
Conclusions the repeated surface anaesthesia with low-concentration Dicaine is safe and effective, and it is a better choice in endoscopic surgery for chronic nasosinusitis and nasal polyp.
