Methods:12 cases with BCS were studied by MRI and sonography. The findings of hepatic veins(HV), inferior vena cava(IVC)and collateral vessel on the MRI and sonography were compared.
方法：分析1 2例BCS病人MRI和超声表现，比较这两种方法显示肝静脉（HV）、下腔静脉（IVC）和肝内、肝外侧支血管的情况。
Auxiliary examination: All the patients were treated with transcutaneous oxygen tension before and after the transplantation. The collateral branch vessel was evaluated.
辅助检查：所有患者在移植前、后均进行经皮氧分压的测定，并予以侧支血管评估。
Conclusion: Distal humerus can be grafted with vessel radial collateral or vessel inferior ul nar collateral for restoration of the great defects of the humerus.
结论：以桡侧副血管或尺侧下副血管为蒂的肱骨下段移植，可用于肱骨大段缺损的重建。
