Methods A total of 310 teachers from 4 middle schools in Huaibei City were selected with stratified random sampling to undergo a survey with teacher job burnout questionnaire(MBI-ES).
方法采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取安徽省淮北市4所中学的310名教师,采用教师职业倦怠量表(MBI-ES)进行调查。
Conclusion Nurses in Luohe City had severe vocational burnout. Influences of social support and organizational situation on vocational burnout should be paid attention to prevent and adjust it.
结论:漯河市护士群体存在严重的职业倦怠,在加强预防和矫治时,更应重视社会支持和组织情境的影响。
