Aural comprehension is one of the most important and difficult parts in English study. This paper aims at helping college students improve their aural comprehension ability and test skills.

Methods We conducted the pure tone audiology, glycerol test, electrocochleogram(ECochG) , water caloric test, vestibular evoked myogenic potentils(VEMP) in 120 aural vertigo patients.
