Effects of air swirl intensity on atomization and combustion performance of effervescent atomized spray were investigated under different conditions.

The properties and the microstructure of the coating are compared. Results show that concentrated spray plume and high particle velocity are acquired. The quality of atomized particle is improved.
结果表明:高速电弧喷涂粒子束更加集中,粒子的飞行速度显著提高,粒子的雾化效果明显改善。
