Methods: 180 sophomores were tested with an ego-network survey and Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check-list (ASLEC).

Results in comparison with control groups, the students presenting sleep quality problem had higher total scores of ASLEC and took more passive copy styles.
结果存在睡眠质量问题的学生不仅其生活事件总分明显高于睡眠质量好和睡眠质量一般的学生，且较多地采用不成熟的应付方式。
