Objective To explore the related techniques of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) with stapler and the prevention and treatment of complications.
方法采用吻合器直肠黏膜环切术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂42例，随访2 ~ 24月。
Methods 42 patients with internal rectal mucosal prolapse were treated with circular stapling procedure, and followed-up for 2 ~ 24 months after operation.
结论吻合器直肠黏膜环切术治疗直肠黏膜内脱垂具有安全、高效、操作简便及微创等优点，是一个极具潜力的手术方法。
