目的：验证国产溴莫尼定滴眼液治疗原发性开角型青光眼和高眼压症的治疗价值。
AIM: To investigate the therapeutic value of domestic brimonidine in treating patients with primary open Angle glaucoma (POAG) or ocular hypertension (OHT).
方法选择开角型青光眼和高眼压症患者50例50眼，随机分为美开朗组和噻吗心安组2组，各25例25眼。
Methods 50 patients (50 eyes) with primary open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension were randomized, 25 (25 eyes) to cartelol, another 25 (25 eyes) to timolol.
结论：国产溴莫尼定滴眼液对于控制原发性开角型青光眼和高眼压症的眼压是有效和安全的，效果与进口制剂相当。
CONCLUSION: brimonidine made domestically is effective and safe in reducing IOP of POAG and OHT, possessing equivalent efficacy with brimonidine imported.
方法对39例（75眼）高眼压症者进行回顾性研究，包括CCT及IOP测量，视野、房角镜、裂隙灯及眼底检查。
Methods 39 cases (75 eyes) of ocular hypertension were investigated. Theexaminations included CCT, IOP and visual field measuring, gonioscopy, slit-lamp and fundus checking up.
手术并发症主要有术后葡萄膜炎、玻璃体积血、术后高眼压等。
The main complications included uveitis, vitreous hemorrhages and intraocular tension.
结论：与术前正常眼压组患者相比，术前高眼压组患者行青光眼白内障联合手术后的视力更差，并发症更多，术后眼压两组无差异。
Conclusions: After comparing the data of two groups, those who were in the high IOP before operating group gained an even bad vision and some complications, their IOP had no significant change.
