Methods: The clinical data of 85 cases underwent high ligation of spermatic vein were reviewed.
方法：行腹腔镜下精索内静脉高位结扎术103例，其中左侧曲张80例，双侧曲张23例。
Methods: Among the 103 cases accepted high ligation of internal spermatic vein under laparoscopy, 80 cases had varicocele on left side, 23 cases on both sides.
腹腔镜精索静脉高位结扎术治疗精索静脉曲张，手术时间短，创伤小，恢复快，可同时处理双侧病变。
