方法：72例外伤冠折露髓患牙，采用活髓切断术切断冠部牙髓，保留根髓活力，促进牙根发育。
Methods: 72 teeth with exposed pulps in crown treated by pulpotomy to conserve the vital pulps and promote the growth of roots of teeth.
结论：(1)桂皮醛作为活髓切断术的盖髓剂，对根髓组织刺激性小，而与甲醛甲酚对照两组差异不显著。
CONCLUSION: (1) as pulp-cap, cinnamaldehyde stimulated the pulp tissue at a very low level, controlling with Fc the difference was not significant.
