基金管理公司应当每月从管理中的风险准备金的资金不低于5%的管理费收入低于规定的比例提供基金费收入。
Fund management companies should be a monthly management fee income from the fund in the provision of risk reserve provision ratio of not less than the fund management fee income of 5%.
风险准备金不足以赔偿上述损失的，基金管理公司应当使用其他自有财产进行赔偿。
