Objective To explore characteristic imaging and diagnostic value of cavernous transformation of the portal vein (CTPV) using two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasonography.
结果门静脉海绵样变性的二维超声具有特征性声像，结合彩色多普勒超声可以更加明确诊断。
Results Two-dimensional ultrasonography had characteristic imaging features for diagnosing CTPV which were further definitely diagnosed with color Doppler ultrasonography.
结论：螺旋CT双期扫描对门静脉海绵样变性有一定诊断价值，可为临床治疗提供重要信息。
Conclusion:Spiral CT dual phases scanning may have some value in the diagnosis of portal cavemoma and supply important information for clinic treatment.
