方法应用HA型血液灌流器对20例重型肝炎患者进行血液灌流36次。
Methods 20 patients with severe hepatitis were treated with HA hemoperfusion cartridge for 36 case-times.
结论用HA230树脂吸附剂进行血液的灌流吸附，能清除大部分毒物，迅速降低血中甲胺磷浓度。对抢救重度甲胺磷中毒的危重病人有重要价值。
Conclusion the poisons mostly were removed out from blood after poisons absorption through HA230 resin hemoperfusion and the concentration of methamidophos in blood was reduced rapidly.
