Objective To study the clinical characteristics, therapy and prognosis of primary malignant tumor of ureter.
分析了原发性输尿管恶性肿瘤213例的诊断与治疗。
We analysed the diagnosis and therapy for 213 cases of primary malignant tumors of the ureter.
1995年经手术治疗原发性输尿管恶性肿瘤48例，其中移行细胞癌46例，腺癌1例，平滑肌肉瘤1例。
48 cases of primary carcinoma of ureter had been operated during 1955 to 1995. Among these, 46 were transitional cell carcinoma, 1 being adenocarcinoma and 1 leiomyosarcoma.
结果：68例患者中，7例(10.3%)术中冷冻切片证实有一侧输尿管残端异常，其中6例为恶性肿瘤细胞侵润，1例为移行上皮不典型增生。
Results: 7 of 68 patients (10.3%) had evidence of ureteral abnormality on frozen section, 1 of 7 was mild atypia, other 6 was carcinoma in situ involving the distal ureter.
结果：68例患者中，7例(10.3%)术中冷冻切片证实有一侧输尿管残端异常，其中6例为恶性肿瘤细胞侵润，1例为移行上皮不典型增生。
