Objective To study on the antibacterial action of extracts of the leaves of Mangifera indica in vitro.
方法采用水和醇对芒果叶提取，提取物对小鼠进行氨水引咳法和酚红气管排泄法镇咳、祛痰实验。
Methods The extract was separated from Mango leaves using distilled water and ethanol as solvents. An antitussive and expectorant test was performed on mice with cough induced by ammonia water.
