目的探讨胰腺腺泡细胞癌的临床病理学特点及其鉴别诊断。
Purpose To discuss the clinical and pathological features of pancreatic acinar cell carcinoma as well as its differential diagnosis.
方法：以3 2例ACC、7例正常腮腺及3例腺泡细胞癌标本为研究对象，采用免疫组化法对NT -3进行检测。
Methods: NT-3 was examined by immunohistochemical analysis in 32 cases of salivary ACC, 7 normal parotid glands and 3 acinic cell carcinoma tissue samples.
结论胰腺腺泡细胞癌属于高度恶性肿瘤，在细胞学形态和免疫表型方面均与胰腺导管细胞肿瘤以及胰腺内分泌肿瘤不同。
Conclusions Acinar cell carcinoma is a high-grade tumor and different from pancreatic ductal carcinoma and endocrine tumors in the morphology and immunophenotype.
