Objective:To summarize the experience of using vascularized fibular osteomyocutaneous flaps for reconstruction of oromandibular composite defects.
方法采用腓骨肌皮瓣修复12例口腔癌瘤患者术后所致缺损。
Methods Vascularized fibular osteomyocutaneous flaps was used to reconstruct the oromandibular composite defects of 12 patients after radical operation of oral tumors.
结论：游离前臂皮瓣、游离腓骨肌皮瓣对患者感觉功能的恢复作用相仿，均能够有效改善患者生存质量。
