Objective To improve the level of diagnosis and operative treatment of intracranial tuberculoma.
目的：分析脑结核瘤的临床特点，提高临床诊断准确率及治疗效果。
Aim: To study the clinical characteristics of brain tuberculoma and improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis and the efficacy of therapy.
方法回顾性分析14例脑结核瘤的临床表现、诊断方式和手术疗效。
Methods A retrospective review of 14 patients with intracranial tuberculoma was conducted including the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and surgical outcomes.
结果：单纯性结核性脑膜炎16例，结核性脑膜炎合并结核瘤2例，结核性脑脓肿2例。
Results: Simple tuberculous meningitis, 16 cases; tuberculous meningitis combined with tuberculoma, 2 cases; tuberculous abscesses 2 cases.
