目的探讨胃黏膜癌前病变大鼠舌象与胃黏膜象特点及其相关性。
Objective to explore the characteristics and relationship of tongue appearance and gastric mucosal appearance of rat with gastric mucosal precancerous lesions.
方法：采用免疫组织化学sp方法对57例胃癌组织、32例癌前病变和对照组20例正常胃黏膜进行MCM5表达的检测。
Methods: Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect expression of MCM5 in 57 cases of gastric carcinoma, 32 cases of precancerous lesion and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa.
