Methods 37 cases of complex proximal humeral fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with T-shaped, cloverleaf and anatomical plates, respectively.

Methods Totally 36 cases of humerus surgical neck fractures treated with proximal humeral anatomical plate were retrospectively analyzed.
结论：采用解剖型锁定钢板(LCP)治疗肱骨近端骨折术后早期进行肩关节功能锻炼临床疗效好。
Conclusion: Locking plates (LCP) treatment on proximal humerus and early shoulder joint function exercise after operation can get good clinical therapeutic effect.
