目的：为肱骨头缺血性坏死提供一种新的显微外科修复方法。
Objective: To provide a new therapeutic method for ischemic necrosis of humeral head.
结果术后所有患者平均随访13.2个月，骨折愈合时间平均8.3周（7～12周），1例肱骨头缺血性坏死。
Results 35 cases were followed up for 13.2 months on the average. The mean time for bony union was 8.3 (7 to 12) weeks.
