方法采用5%牛磺胆酸钠逆行胆胰管注射建立大鼠ANP肝损害模型，90只大鼠，随机分成三组。

Results In MRCP, the display rate of common bile duct was 100%, with the left and right ductus hepaticus 99%, pancreatic duct 60%, MRU 93%.
