The efficacy of HP-10 to Penicilluium digitatum in vitro and in vivo was studied by PDB trials and wounding inoculation.
结果表明：随着赤霉病菌粗毒素预处理浓度的提高，大麦花药愈伤组织诱导率降低，愈伤组织的绿苗分化率降低。
