目的探讨内镜下射频治疗对结肠血管畸形出血的止血疗效。
To evaluate the effect of endoscopic radiofrequency in the emergency treatment of hemorrhage caused by vascular malformation of colon.
结果：21例出血的病因中，血管畸形7例，平滑肌瘤8例，溃疡性结肠炎4例，克隆氏病2例。
Results: In 21 cases, the bleeding causes included vascular ectasias (7 cases), leiomyoma (8 cases), ulcerative colitis (4 cases) and Crohn's disease (2 cases).
